Athanasios (Thano) Sipsis
My name is Athanasios Sipsis (Thano for short) and I’m a graphic designer based in the GTA, attending the York University & Sheridan College design program (YSDN). I’m currently Midway through the program, but have an extensive education in graphic design. Before joining YSDN, I was apart of the graphic design program at Seneca College, and previously I obtained an certificate in Art Fundamentals from Sheridan.
Even thought I’m a graphic designer, I have a strong interest in photography, as you can probably tell from my site. In my spare time I try to do as much photography as I can, and even take photography classes at Sheridan in the summertime. My aim in doing so is to bridge design and photography together, to create stronger and more compelling projects. Photography is so relevant in design that nowadays its hard to find contemporary designs without photography.
